At FirePits.Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor heating experience. If your fire pit isn't the perfect fit for your patio, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the fire pit is unused and packed securely in its original manufacturer packaging, including all protective inserts and hardware.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the crate or box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for oversized units.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
