Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on the size and weight of your fire pit, delivery usually takes between 5 to 10 business days via standard freight or ground shipping.
Do your fire pits come with a warranty?
Yes, all our products include a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 1 to 5 years, covering structural integrity and defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
Can I use my fire pit on a wooden deck?
Safety is our priority. We recommend using a fire-resistant deck protector or heat shield. Always check the specific product manual, as some high-heat models require a stone or masonry base for safe operation.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the size of our products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
What fuel types do you offer?
We carry a wide variety of fire pits including traditional wood-burning models, propane-ready units, and natural gas options. Many of our gas models are also convertible with the appropriate kit.
Are the fire pits weather-resistant?
Our fire pits are crafted from durable materials like powder-coated aluminum, stainless steel, and GFRC concrete designed to withstand the elements. However, we highly recommend using a protective cover when not in use to extend the life of your unit.
